The responsibilities of the Veterinary Technician include the following (but are not limited to):

• Assisting Veterinarians in appointments
• Helping complete diagnostic treatments
• Anesthesia
• Surgical prep
• Dental Cleanings
• Phlebotomy (blood draws and catheter placements)
• Pharmacy duties
• Processing laboratory samples
• Client communication
• Scheduling appointments and surgeries
• Animal restraint
• Radiology
• Maintaining a clean work environment
